New Hospital Programme

Onboarded as part of a new, discreet Communications Directorate implemented within the £20bn New Hospital Programme, a unique partnership between Trusts, NHS England, and the Department of Health and Social Care, which aims to create at least 40 new hospitals by 2030 including the reconstruction of five existing facilities impacted by the RAAC crisis.

My remit was to establish internal communications within a highly complex strategic environment and to support the development of an events programme. Within a 6-month period, rolled-out new event planning tools and approval processes to support the entire NHP team of around 400 staff, account managed 12 hospital building projects, including advising Trusts on media strategy, and delivered new marketing materials.
